Skype...Anyone??

So the other week I heard about this program called, "Skype" where you can call eachother over the computer and using a webcam & microphone you can talk to & see each other. Anyways, I think it's really cool & there are soo many of you out there that I would love to See!!! So...if you have Skype, leave a comment and tell me your ID name so I can look you up. Mine is just Traci Purser :)

Also if you don't have it and you have a webcam & mic, you should definately download it. It is Free! Just google Skype & follow the instructions to download. It's pretty easy & quick to do :)

Happy Birthday to Me :)

As many of you know (because so many of you Wished me a Happy Birthday) My 26th Bday was on Monday. 26 years!! Man that is Ollddd...to me that is, since I still looke like I'm 18 & I have no kids yet...Ahhh!! Anyways, I had a really fun Birthday this year. First off, Mike took me snowboarding at Sundance on Saturday & we had Lots of Fun!!

Then that night he took me to dinner at the Chef's Table. It is sooo yummy!! It is one of those, no children, reservation's only kinda places so you know it's not cheap but man is it worth it (on special occassions). Mike was pretty embarrassed that I was taking pictures of our food, but I had to so you could see just how pretty the food is :)

Monday, my actual Birthday, I left work early and Mike & I hit the Matinee of Marly & Me. In case you haven't heard you will absolutely Bawl at this movie!! & I Loved it!!! And just in case your not a "dog" person, you should still see this movie! It is SOO funny & definately brings across a real nice message so GO SEE IT!! But don't forget the tissues ;) Then we got home in time for 24! We are 24 freaks & this season is going to be sooo good!

And for my birthday present I get to go shopping!!! What do I want?? I don't exactly know but it sure is nice to be able to shop & not feel guilty afterwards :)

100,000 Miles

Yes I reached 100,000 miles on my car. Now I know what your thinking...Yeah, Big deal! Well it is such an occassion for me because I got my 2003 Saturn Ion Brand New fresh off the lot 6 years ago so WOW to know that I personally have put 100,000 miles on my car is crazy.

I know this is kind of a random post, but when I saw the 100,000 mark (well, Mike did - Thanks honey for being soo observant) all of a sudden I started thinking about All the things I have done with this car & where it has been, so now I want to dedicate this post to my Dear Sweet Car the Notorious I.C.E (Thanks Nicole for helping me name it).

It's crazy to think of all the things I have been through with that car & all the things I am sure I will go through & although she may be a little warn around the edges, she runs just as great as the first day I got her (I have pics of that day but that was before my digital camera so I would have to look through my pics & scan it and so forth & that just seems like way to much work on the moment, so sorry for no pic of that fun day). So anyways here is a list of what my car has meant to me:

• Lots of fun trips to Vegas w/ Nicole
• 6 different moves (3 with Mike & 3 prior to Mike)
• Lots of Laughs shared in that car
• Lots of flat tires (I am notorious for flat tires)
• Boys...boys...boys
• Lots of Tears shed in that car (refer to bullet point above)
• Lots of sweet kisses (yes mom...it's true)
• Mike & I's 2nd kiss (if I remember correctly we were leaning on the car)
• Lots of road trips to St. George
• Lots of road trips to Logan while Mike & I were dating (every other weekend for a whole year)
• My closet away from home (it got pretty scary looking in there at times)
• A warm place for long talks (with myself & with others)
• A place of piece and quiet (best place to just be out & get away from it all)
• A good companion when the roads were slick (I have yet to slide off the road in my car)
• A Safe Ride (No accidents...except for the hit and run that happened RIGHT after I got her)
• My invisible car (seriously, I use to be quiet the speeder...yet cops never seemed to see me)
• Mylo's first car ride (I still remember how nervous I was driving home, he was just soo small! I know I know, but that's how I can relate to you sweet mommies out there. I know its not remotely close to the same thing, but you can let me think so)
• My own personal recording studio (I can't sing but in there the sky was the limit)
• A yummy meal (In fact you can still see most of those meals on my seats :( Oh my poor gray seats)
• 34 miles to the gallon!! Really helps when gas prices are SOO High!
• MINE (I paid it off last Spring/Summer, Man it felt good :)

My car has definately been good to me & although I really want an SUV with ALL wheel drive, I will always be grateful to her (yes it is a her)!!!

The Best of 2008

Even with our ups & downs we really had a Great 2008 Year!! I know this probably should have been posted the end of Dec or something to help close out the Year & I know that you all already know what went on in our lives month after month due to this blog BUT here is a fun little recap of our year!!!
